We invite you to visit our website and click on the page for rentals, accommodation/camping pitches. You can also contact us directly by phone at 0033 (0)4.92.33.50.00 or by email camping@lhippocampe.pro.

Use the reservation number found in the confirmation e-mail.

Our campsite accepts a maximum of 6 people per pitch.

We will send you your confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.
We process all bookings manually and individually, so there may be a delay in response. 
If you receive no confirmation or no reply from us, please contact us directly on 0033 4.92.33.50.00.

Revenue from the tax provides local authorities with additional resources to develop the tourist offer in their areas.

Please send us your request to change your booking by e-mail to: camping@lhippocampe.pro. In this e-mail, please enter your booking name and your request for a change. 
If the amount of the original booking is less than the amount of the new booking, we will refund you the difference.
If the difference between the initial booking and the new booking is greater than the initial amount, you will be charged for the difference. 
No requests to change a booking will be accepted over the telephone.

If you wish to cancel your stay, please contact us by e-mail at camping@lhippocampe.pro.
To enable us to consider your cancellation request, please enclose proof of payment. You will find the refund procedure on our website in the download section.

By credit card: By connecting directly to your account on our website. We ask you to use your reservation number which you will find in your confirmation e-mail.

By bank transfer: we ask you to give your customer number/reservation name

You have booked accommodation: 30 days before your arrival.
You have booked a pitch: on the day of your arrival.

A deposit will be requested on arrival (credit card imprint or cash).

When you book,  you can specify the location of your choice. However, we will charge a fee for this.

All accommodation includes pillows and blankets for the beds. 
The accommodation has a double bed in 160cm or 140cm and has single beds 70cm or 80cm wide.

You will find this equipment in the Luxury, Prestige and Comfort ranges.
It is not possible to add them to furnished tents.

We offer entertainment throughout the high season.

We have a children's club for children aged between 4 and 12.
Only available in high season.

We have a teenagers' club for teenagers aged between 13 and 17.
Only available in high season.

The entertainment schedule is available on the Sunêlia app, at reception and at Anim Info.

The disco is open to all ages and only to campsite guests.

Durance nautique is located on the campsite. Paddleboats, bicycles, pedalos and much more are available for hire.

The multi-sports pitches and beach volleyball court are freely available to holidaymakers (outside entertainment times).
To book a tennis court, please go directly to reception in low season and to the Anim Info desk in high season.

The children's and teenagers' clubs are free. A charge may be made only for special activities (e.g. pizza parties, burger parties, etc.).

Many activities are offered free of charge during your stay, such as fitness classes, dance lessons, sports tournaments, shows, etc. A financial contribution may be requested only for special activities (e.g. colour run, water game, etc.).

We do not take advance bookings for children's and teenagers' clubs. Only certain activities are on "registration". You can book these directly on site.

The water park is reserved for people wearing swimming trunks or shorts/one-piece or two-piece swimming costumes. No other clothing is permitted.

The water in our pools is heated throughout the season, maintaining a minimum temperature of 24°C. During the low season, every other pool is heated. In high season, all our pools are heated.

Unfortunately, access to the Durance is reserved for water sports only (with lifejackets), and swimming is prohibited.

Our campsite has two waterslides.

Our restaurant is open every evening of the week as well as Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes. The restaurant closes one day a week in low season.

Our bar is open from: 

• 2pm to 10pm in low season (closed one day a week) 

• 11am to 11pm in high season

Our little shop is open in high season. You will also find a bakery and takeaway.

In high season, we advise you to reserve your table directly at the restaurant (reservation only on site).

Gas and electric barbecues are permitted on the campsite.
Please note that charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the campsite.

We accept a maximum of 4 visitors per family per day. We ask you to accompany them to reception to pay the supplement and provide them with the daily wristband.

We welcome cats and dogs (except category 1 and 2) on our campsite.
There is no weight limit for our dog friends. However, they must be kept on a lead on the campsite and must not be left unattended. We will ask you to pick up after your dog. Hygiene bags are available from reception.
Our cat friends are the responsibility of their owners and must not be allowed to roam freely on the campsite. We therefore strongly advise you to leave them in your accommodation.
Authorised pets must be tattooed or chipped. You will also need to bring an up-to-date vaccination certificate.

Cars can be parked directly on your pitch or next to your accommodation. If you have a second car, we will charge you a supplement per night (see rates). This second car must be parked in the outside car park.
The speed limit within the campsite is 10 km/h.
